In this course, students will learn about design thinking, broadly defined as a human-centered approach to creating solutions.

This brief introduction will review research and applications for design thinking and leads into a scenario-based group activity.

  • Define and discuss design thinking and associated processes
  • Think about and articulate how design thinking might relate across disciplines
